Bath & Body Works is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to join during the holiday season. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers choose products and delivering exceptional service in a high-energy store environment.

You will drive rewards program enrollment, assist with replenishment, and participate in visual merchandising to maintain an inviting shopping experience. Availability for peak shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a retail setting.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to customer needs.
• Ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve customer concerns.
• Availability to work peak days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Engage customers, uncover needs, demonstrate products, and recommend options.
• Encourage enrollment and engagement in rewards programs at sale and checkout.
• Assist with replenishment and maintain brand standards for a full, attractive store.
• Support floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placements as needed.
• Perform required physical duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, engaging store environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
