Bath & Body Works is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to represent the brand and deliver exceptional customer service during the holiday season. You will assist customers in selecting products, share detailed product knowledge, and maintain a vibrant, well-stocked store environment.

Qualifications

• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by following standards and policies.
• Adhere to values, policies, and procedures in daily operations.
