Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season (October through January). You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and promote promotions while ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and the floor remains organized. The role emphasizes friendly, helpful service and accurate checkout experiences.

Candidates should be at least 16 years old, comfortable with technology, and capable of handling fast-paced customer interactions with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with basic technology and POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise up to 25 lbs and work on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and handle multiple customers.
• Assess customer needs, share product knowledge, and offer recommendations.
• Inform customers about store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer exchanges when possible.
• Communicate stock and service needs to management; support team to meet goals.
