Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager for Florence Mall to lead the local team during peak season. You will oversee daily photo operations, drive sales, manage guest service, and ensure a memorable Santa visit for families.

You’ll recruit, train, and schedule staff, monitor performance, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with venue partners to support smooth operations. This part-time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training.

Responsibilities
