Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Seasonal Team Member in New York to support our busiest shopping season (10/5/26–1/23/27). Note that employment is not guaranteed for the full period and may end early based on business needs or performance.

Blackout dates apply 11/22/26–11/30/26 and 12/18/26–1/3/27. You will greet customers warmly, learn product stories, assist with POS transactions, keep the floor stocked, and maintain a premium brand experience.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, sales or service industry.
• Passion for helping others and teamwork.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and intention to deliver elevated experiences.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to assist confidently.
• Use polished selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel.
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized during busy periods.
• Assist POS and MPOS transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Adapt to changing zones and stay receptive to coaching.
• Ask questions and incorporate feedback to improve.
