Carter’s is hiring a Holiday Helper at our Smithfield, NC location. You’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, greeting customers, explaining product features, and helping ensure a positive shopping experience across in-store and omnichannel channels.

You must be friendly, able to multitask in a busy retail environment, lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and provide availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail setting.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Meet customer needs by utilizing omnichannel channels as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers, including credit options.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe store.
