Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Holiday Seasonal Associate to support store operations during the busiest shopping season. You’ll assist customers on the sales floor, operate the register, stock merchandise, and help keep the store organized and inviting.

This role offers $16.00 per hour with associate discounts and a collaborative team environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, gift ideas, promotions, and store services.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Help achieve store sales goals through product knowledge and recommendations.
• Receive, stock, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and floor presentation for easy shopping.
• Support fulfillment, customer pickups, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Work with teammates and support the store as needed.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
