Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Seasonal Team Member in the United States to support store operations during peak season. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and maintain a premium shopping environment while working with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include assisting at the register, keeping the floor organized, and adapting to busy hours. Candidates should be 18+, authorized to work in the US, and eager to contribute to a high-energy, customer-obsessed team.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• A passion for helping others and enjoys being a part of a team.
• The ability to multi-task and pivot quickly while working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Have exceptional communication skills and are comfortable receiving feedback.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must provide documentation upon hire.
• Does not want to be an influencer.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
• Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support each customer.
• Use elevated body language and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel.
• Stay focused during busy peak hours, keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
• Support POS and MPOS transactions, ensuring accurate checkout and customer engagement.
• Leverage company tools and team support, staying calm and focused when challenges arise.
• Stay flexible and step into different zones of the store as needed.
• Be curious and ask questions; take feedback seriously to improve daily.
