Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at The Mall at Bay Plaza in Bronx, NY. You will support daily photo operations, lead a seasonal team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest service for families visiting Santa experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods. This is a full-time, seasonal management position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment in line with company values.
• Assist opening-day prep: hiring, inventory, setup, scheduling, training, opening/closing.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Photography experience not required.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example and reinforce senior-management procedures.
• Troubleshoot tech issues and escalate as needed to IT or Local Management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
