Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ to help lead the team during peak season, drive sales and guest service, and support daily photo operations.

You’ll collaborate with the Local Manager, hire and train seasonal staff, ensure smooth opening/closing, and deliver magical Santa experiences and memorable guest interactions. Prior leadership is a plus; photography experience not required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience
• Customer service oriented with a can-do attitude
• Ability to motivate and develop seasonal staff

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home
• Photography experience not required
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience
