Cherry Hill Programs in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to partner with the Local Manager in leading our holiday photo team. You'll support daily photo operations, motivate a seasonal crew, drive sales and guest service, and ensure families leave with memorable Santa experiences and high-quality photo keepsakes.

The role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-spot payday options, and opportunities to grow within our festive photo division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Attend required pre-season training and uphold guest-service standards.
• Experience with scheduling, training, coaching and developing team members.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment aligned with company values.
• Assist opening-day prep: hiring, inventory, setup, scheduling, training, opening/closing.
• Capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs.
• Photography experience not required.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a great experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce senior-management procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
