Retail For The People is opening a fall – holiday pop-up in New York City, seeking Sales Lead to warmly greet customers, guide hands-on product demos, and help shoppers find the perfect gift or piece they love. Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced fall/holiday retail season.
• Warm, approachable personality aligned with the brand.
• Willing to demonstrate products and coach customers hands-on.
• Curious about the brand's fan community and online spaces.
• Flexible weekends and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create an inviting in-store atmosphere.
• Lead hands-on product demonstrations and guide gift shoppers.
• Help customers leave with a memorable, pride‑in‑making experience.
• Support gift wrapping, stock replenishment, and back‑of‑house tasks.
• Contribute to community building and cross‑selling during peak periods.
• Maintain colorful, cozy displays reflecting the brand.
