Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a friendly Sales Associate/Photographer in Pueblo, CO to greet families at Santa photo sets and capture magical moments. You’ll provide warm guest service, help with posing, and ensure a smooth, joyful photo experience from start to finish.

No photography experience is required, training is provided. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and potential growth within our holiday division.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality and guest service experience preferred
• Able to lift/carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• At least 16 years of age and reliable transportation for shifts

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
