Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Sumter Mall in Sumter, SC to welcome families, engage with children, and capture festive holiday moments on our Santa photo sets.

As part of a fun, fast-paced team, you’ll provide excellent guest service, operate POS and photography equipment, and help ensure a smooth, joyful photo experience from start to finish.

Flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and potential opportunities to return for future holiday seasons.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available to attend training sessions and complete required courses.
• Flexibility for peak retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week, or as needed.
• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
