Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate for Dover Mall. You’ll greet families, engage with children, and capture magical holiday moments at Santa photo sets, delivering warm guest service from start to finish.

The role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and growth opportunities within our souvenir photography division, with training and a friendly, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
