You will oversee daily photo operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest service from start to finish while building a positive, team-focused work environment. This role includes staffing, training, scheduling, and coordinating with venue partners to optimize operations during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
