Job summary
Cherry Hill Programs in McLean, VA is seeking a Local Manager to lead the team responsible for creating magical holiday memories for families. You will oversee daily photo operations, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable Santa visit and outstanding guest service from start to finish.
The role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, manage staffing and scheduling, coach team members, and collaborate with venue partners.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team and make decisions.
- Availability for pre-season training and a flexible schedule.
- Ability to work ~40 hours per week, with additional hours during peak periods.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Retail or guest service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
- Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
- Oversee daily operations and site performance.
- Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
- Drive sales, cash handling compliance, and team performance.
- Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
