Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager in Roseville, CA to lead a photo-operations team during peak season. You'll drive sales and guest service excellence, supervise scheduling, training, and daily site performance, and ensure a memorable Santa experience for families.

The role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and efficient seasonal operations across busy holiday settings, with opportunities for ongoing seasonal work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Able to lift/move equipment 10–25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales, cash handling compliance, and team performance.
• Verify daily deposits and financial paperwork.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Partner with host venues to support operations.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences.
• Manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
