Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead at Hamilton Mall to guide our Santa photo sets and support daily operations.

You will welcome families, assist with photos, and help run shifts smoothly during peak holiday hours in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and teamwork, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within our holiday photo program.

Qualifications

• Retail or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with training and recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs; photography experience not required.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with guests, staff and coworkers in a friendly manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
