Job summary

Shine Window Care is seeking technicians to perform window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and holiday lighting across customers’ homes and businesses. You will travel in Shine vehicles with a teammate, assess needs, and complete services to meet customer expectations.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided; uniforms and equipment are supplied. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with potential for bonuses and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 50 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team daily to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses with a teammate and perform required services.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Return to Shine office at day’s end to recap.
