Job summary

Shine Window Cleaning is seeking anHoliday Lighting Installation Technician to install professional Christmas and holiday lighting displays for homes and businesses across the area. No experience is required; training is paid, and opportunities for advancement exist as you learn the trade.

You will work outdoors with a team, using ladders and lighting equipment to create impressive displays, typically Monday–Friday with some Saturday opportunities.

Responsibilities

You’ll learn valuable skills, work at different locations, and get to see the results of your hard work light up the neighborhood!

No experience necessary. We'll pay you while we train you. We're looking for dependable people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• $17/hour starting pay with advancement to $18/hour typically within 60–90 days as you complete training and develop your skills

Typical Day Looks Like

Your day starts at our Shine office at 7:30 AM with a quick team meeting. From there, you'll head out with a teammate in a Shine vehicle to customers' homes and businesses.

You’ll learn to install professional holiday lighting displays on rooflines, trees, shrubs, and other outdoor features, helping transform homes and businesses for the holiday season.

You'll work with ladders, lighting equipment, and your teammates to create beautiful displays while providing a great experience for our customers.

Most days wrap up around 4:00 PM, although finish times vary depending on the day's schedule. Our goal is generally to have everyone back by 5:00 PM.
