Job summary

Shine Window Cleaning is seeking a motivated team member to provide window cleaning services at customers' homes or businesses. You will join a crew, follow the day’s plan, and travel in a Shine vehicle to perform our services according to customer needs.

You will meet customers to ensure satisfaction, then return to the Shine office to debrief. No prior experience is required—training is provided, and advancement is possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder - up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Each day, you'll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day's game plan.
• You'll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers' homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer's needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we're meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You'll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
