Humbug Holiday Lighting of Greenville is seeking an energetic Holiday Lighting Salesperson to generate leads, conduct consultations, and close sales for holiday and permanent lighting services in the Upstate region.

The role offers flexible hours with commission-based pay, seasonal opportunity, and potential recurring income year after year. You will collaborate with a local installation team to ensure customer satisfaction and beautiful lighting displays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation for client visits across the Upstate.
• Flexible availability during peak holiday season.
• Interest in design, décor, or holiday lighting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through local networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations with residential and commercial customers.
• Provide creative lighting design ideas and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare and present professional proposals and estimates.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline to maximize closing rates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer expectations are met.
