Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selecting and purchasing merchandise.
• Enter guest data and sales data into POS accurately and obtain signatures on sales.
• Present jewelry to guests and replace items in correct areas after sale.
• Repair, polish or solder jewelry as needed.
• Use GUESTS program when interacting with guests on sales floor or handling guest owned jewelry.
• Provide knowledgeable product information and utilizing in-store tools/training.
• Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
• Achieve individual KPIs and assist store management in meeting KPIs and store presentation standards.
• Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties and attend required meetings.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
