Job summary

Awe Inspired, a Hollywood-based fine jewelry house, seeks 1–2 Seasonal Fulfillment Associates for the holiday season. You’ll pick, pack, and ship orders to our presentation standard, handling small high‑value pieces with care and accuracy.

This onsite, hands‑on role runs October through January with a clear start and end date; December is the busiest time. You will work 20–29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, focusing on accuracy, packaging, and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Availability for the full season (October–January) including peak weeks.
• Reliable onsite attendance in Hollywood weekly.
• Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders from digital pick lists with quality standards.
• Prepare gift orders with packaging, messages, and recipient addresses.
• Generate labels and process shipments in ShipStation; hand off to carriers on schedule.
• Receive inbound shipments; verify paperwork and stock in the correct location.
• Support inventory accuracy with cycle counts and restocking.
• Handle post-holiday returns and reset the warehouse for the year ahead.
• Support special orders for press, marketing, and gifting.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and keep space clean and compliant.
• Flag issues early to prevent incorrect shipments.
