Job summary

Helzberg Diamonds is seeking Seasonal Associates for the holiday season. Along with hourly pay and commissions, a Seasonal Bonus of $1 per hour worked is paid from Sept 27, 2026 through Dec 24, 2026, contingent on active employment through Dec 24, 2026.

Roles include selling or office duties, with responsibilities to meet personal sales goals and support store profitability while delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must be available for nights and weekends during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior sales or retail jewelry experience preferred.
• Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required.

Responsibilities

• Sales associates will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service.
• Office associates will assist in the daily operations of the office to assist the store in achieving sales volume and profit goals.
