Pay Range: $16.00/hr (base rate starting at $15.50)

About the Role

The Full Time Front Desk Agent is responsible for supervising all aspects of front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining hotel standards. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Check-in/check-out guests courteously and efficiently.
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Complete registration and confirm guest details.
  • Select appropriate rooms based on guest needs.
  • Process payments according to hotel policies.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of front desk experience preferred.
  • Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Availability to work evenings (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm), weekends, and holidays.
