Job summary

Country Ace Hardware is looking for friendly, dependable team members to join our local store and help neighbors tackle their projects, big and small. You’ll assist customers with loadouts, keep a clean, stocked aisle, and support deliveries, while using a radio headset to stay coordinated with the team.

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

• Lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• On your feet and active throughout your shift (6–8 hours)
• Works outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay & Benefits

• $17.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
