GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak hiring season. You will focus on sales, customer service, store maintenance, and daily operations to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.

You'll greet guests, recommend items, maintain an organized store, assist with stocking, and help meet sales goals while upholding company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Recommend additional items and apply selling behaviors during transactions.
• Support store shopping environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Adhere to inventory control and loss prevention practices and safety policies.
• Follow all GameStop policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
