Job summary

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred and prior retail or guest service experience is a plus. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions presented in written, oral, and diagram form.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong guest service skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to work both independently and in a team to perform tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs; recommend items and complete transactions while displaying selling behaviors.
• Support store operations and visual merchandising; contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented on the floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
