Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center. Starting at $20.50/hour with holiday premiums, the role includes in-house forklift training, weekend/evening premiums, and opportunities for growth.

Full-time seasonal hours are available and you will be trained on-site after a background check. You’ll enjoy a 40% employee discount and a relaxed dress code as part of our in-person team.

Qualifications

• Ability to reach above head to lift 30 lb boxes.
• Proven reliability operating forklifts and moving equipment.
• Able to load/unload small vans up to 53 ft trailers.

Responsibilities

• Operate moving equipment to move stock and replenish shelves.
• Restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Perform Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control duties as needed.
