Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Seasonal Equipment Operator at its Belleville, WI Fulfillment Center. The role trains in-house, offers evenings/weekends premiums, and includes a 40% employee discount. Expect full-time seasonal hours with early morning shifts and indoor, safety-focused work environment.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with holiday premiums and comprehensive benefits. Eligible for 401(k) and ongoing training; background checks and drug screens are required to begin.

Qualifications

• Drug Screen & Background Check required.
• Ability to reach above head to lift up to 30 lb boxes.
• Load/unload small vans up to 53 ft trailers.
• Raising lifts to access shelves up to 30 ft high.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Operate moving equipment to move stock on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Restock picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Move received merchandise from staging to bulk locations.
• Support Receiving, Replenishing, and Inventory Control tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Work across warehouse areas during downtime.
