Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Holiday Character to coordinate and facilitate resort-wide activities and guest events. You will welcome guests, highlight available experiences, and help create memorable moments across the property.

As a key hospitality ambassador, you will plan daily activities, promote events, handle guest feedback, and tailor experiences through proactive profiling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Event planning, catering or recreation experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily activities for resort guests.
• Welcome and introduce guests to experiences upon arrival.
• Create, develop, and implement on/off-site events.
• Promote and build excitement for scheduled events.
• Address and resolve guest complaints.
• Personalize experiences through a proactive guest profiling program.
• Schedule activities, update marketing materials, and adjust for changes.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

What will you be doing?
