Channel Partners is seeking an energetic Retail Audio Product Specialist to represent a major audio brand inside Best Buy stores. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, educate shoppers on key features, and help drive sales of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products.

This short-term holiday role requires availability on specific dates and 5-hour shifts with schedules provided in advance.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Interest in consumer electronics and audio products.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in a store environment.

Responsabilités

• Represent a major audio brand professionally within Best Buy stores.
• Engage customers and identify their audio and technology needs.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of premium headphones and Bluetooth speakers.
• Educate customers to help them select the best product for their needs.
• Drive product awareness and sales through demonstrations and engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and key features.
• Collaborate with Best Buy staff to support the customer experience.
