Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Audio Product Specialist to represent a major audio brand inside Best Buy stores. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and educate shoppers on headphones, speakers, and other audio products to drive sales.

This short-term holiday assignment requires availability on specific dates and 5-hour shifts. The role offers weekly pay, training, travel support, and a potential pathway to full-time opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent a major audio brand professionally within Best Buy stores.
• Engage customers and identify their audio and technology needs.
• Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of premium headphones and Bluetooth speakers.
• Educate customers on product options and help them choose the best fit.
• Drive product awareness and sales through demonstrations.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and key features.
• Collaborate with Best Buy staff to support the customer experience.
• Keep the brand display area clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Complete all required training and program reporting.
