Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an energetic Retail Audio Product Specialist to represent a major audio brand inside Best Buy stores. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, educate shoppers on features and benefits, and help drive sales of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products.

This is a short-term holiday assignment with specific dates and 5-hour shifts. Full availability on scheduled dates is highly preferred, and the role offers weekly pay,

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Represent a major audio brand professionally and enthusiastically within Best Buy stores
• Engage customers and identify their audio and technology needs
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products
• Educate customers on product options and help them select the best product for their needs
• Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement and product demonstrations
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, promotions, and key features
• Work collaboratively with Best Buy employees to support the overall customer experience
• Ensure the brand display and demonstration area remain clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Complete all required training and program reporting
• Represent Channel Partners and the client brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
