Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an energetic Retail Audio Product Specialist to represent a major audio brand inside Best Buy stores. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, educate shoppers on key features, and help drive sales of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products.

This short-term holiday assignment requires availability on specific dates and shifts; full availability across all dates is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Interest in consumer electronics, music, headphones, speakers, and technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable and able to consistently work weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Represent a major audio brand professionally and enthusiastically within Best Buy stores.
• Engage customers and identify their audio and technology needs.
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of premium headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other audio products.
• Educate customers on product options and help them select the best product for their needs.
• Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement and product demonstrations.
• Maintain understanding of products, promotions, and key features.
• Work collaboratively with Best Buy employees to support the overall customer experience.
• Ensure the display and demonstration area remain clean and customer-ready.
• Complete all required training and program reporting.
• Represent Channel Partners and the client brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
