  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, templates, and basic blueprints to locate and cut holes accurately.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a manufacturing plant environment with exposure to fiberglass dust, noise, and vibration from cutting and grinding equipment. Frequent use of respirators, masks, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection is required when cutting fiberglass materials. Work may involve standing for extended periods, repetitive hand and arm motions, bending, reaching, and working in awkward or confined positions within boat hulls or decks. Exposure to dust, fumes, and airborne particles associated with fiberglass cutting and grinding operations is common, with ventilation and dust-control measures in place.
