Director, Global Integrated Marketing and Brand Experience

Location:

Remote – West Coast Preferred (Los Angeles, CA, Santa Barbara, CA, Portland, OR)

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Global Integrated Brand Marketing, the Marketing Manager- Performance executes HOKA’s seasonal brand campaigns across footwear and apparel. This role involves turning brand strategy into execution through integrated, consumer-first 360 marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate manages cross-functional stakeholders and creative partners, paying attention to details while aligning with the broader brand vision. The role requires collaboration across global marketing teams and regional leads in North America, EMEA, and APAC, managing campaigns across regions and seasons, ensuring seamless coordination.

  • Support global campaign development from post-production to analysis.
  • Evaluate campaign success and optimize future efforts.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout campaigns.
Who You Are
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Proven track record in multi-channel marketing with measurable results.
  • Excellent communicator across functions and regions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years in brand/integrated marketing, GTM, or agency management.
  • Experience in campaign development and execution in-house or at agencies.
  • Success in managing global campaigns across multiple regions and seasons.
  • Ability to handle complex timelines and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Asana.
