The Role

The Field Experience Representative is a proactive self-starter passionate about connecting with local communities and increasing brand awareness. Responsibilities include supporting the HOKA brand by training retail staff, engaging consumers at events, activations, and expos, and providing marketing support throughout their territory. Ideal candidates are organized, motivated, and capable of establishing lasting relationships.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role include:

  1. Developing and maintaining productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, sales representatives, and retail staff.
  2. Planning effective weekly schedules in collaboration with sales reps and office personnel.
  3. Interacting with retail sales staff, generating excitement, educating them about the brand, products, and sales techniques, and answering questions.
  4. Working at consumer events to demonstrate products, build awareness, and stimulate sales.

  • Able to travel throughout your territory and manage a fluid work environment.
  • An effective and efficient communicator.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience at promotional events.
  • Experience in one-on-one service, fitting, and selling technical running footwear.
  • Familiarity with HOKA products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Salary range: $57,000 - $63,000. Salary will be determined based on location, skills, experience, and education.
