Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Hoist Mechanic I to join our team in Lititz, PA. You will track, store, maintain, and prepare large hoist stock items across multiple locations and ensure inspections and maintenance plans are implemented for our rental fleet.

The role requires basic hoist and rigging knowledge, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to safety. You will participate in trainings, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety procedures daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of Hoists and/or Rigging.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting/installing hoists and setting limits to customer specifications.
• Load test and adjust the hoist to pass Factory Acceptance Testing.
• Perform periodic inspections of all machines.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; adhere to company policies.
