Dishwashers at Phil’s BBQ may participate in the Tip Pool and contribute to a fast, friendly kitchen environment that reflects our commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Washes and cleans tableware, pots, pans, trays, utensils, cups and other cooking equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Eligible to participate in the Tip Pool.

The Dishwasher plays an integral role in our BBQrew which highlights our core value of commitment to cleanliness and safety which is ultimately responsible to the success of the guest dining experience at Phil’s BBQ. The Dishwasher washes and cleans tableware, pots, pans, trays, utensils, cups and other cooking equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work area in compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines, policies and regulations. Our dishwashers are an integral part of the guest experience and are eligible to participate in the Tip Pool!
