Murphy Family Ventures is seeking a Hog Farm Herd Tech at Riverfront 1 in Harrells, NC to support daily production operations on a hog farm. You will contribute to the health and welfare of livestock in a clean, well-managed environment.

Responsibilities include feeding, watering, processing, castrating, tagging pigs, moving animals between areas, monitoring ventilation, maintaining biosecurity, and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to quickly spot changes in animal behavior, equipment issues, or environmental variances.
• Safety conscious and able to follow safety rules, environmental laws, and company emergency policies.
