Overview

Exciting opportunity for a motivated scientist to join the Hodi Lab. The Melanoma Center at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a candidate responsible for laboratory-based research in immune therapy for cancer.

Located in Boston, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is a leader in breakthroughs in cancer research and patient care. Our mission is to conquer cancer, HIV/AIDS, and related diseases. Responsibilities
  1. The project investigates the role of angiogenesis in immune regulation and homing, aiming to improve understanding of the interaction between angiogenesis and immune checkpoint blockade, as well as other immune therapies.
  2. The candidate will oversee daily research activities, supervise technical staff, develop and apply novel immunologic techniques and technologies, and conduct animal work.
  3. The successful candidate will play a key role in the preclinical development of immune therapeutics, contribute to manuscript preparation, attend scientific conferences, and deliver presentations.
