Join us as an HOA Site Manager at Spectrum Association Management. We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee community compliance through regular site visits.

Job Overview

Position: Compliance Driver for Homeowner Associations

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Drive through assigned communities regularly, inspecting for homeowner compliance
  • Document non-compliance issues and communicate with homeowners to resolve them
  • Assist in de-escalating conflicts and providing excellent customer service
  • Use company vehicle and occasionally your own, with mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a safe driving record
  • Basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry on iPads
  • Strong conflict resolution, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
