gpac, a nationally recognized boutique law firm, seeks a Collections Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on representing HOAs and condominium associations in the recovery of delinquent assessments, such as HOA fees.

Qualified candidates will have Wisconsin licensure (or ability to obtain) and a commitment to client service and collaboration within a team-based practice.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of legal experience required.
• Experience in HOA or condominium association assessment recovery preferred
• Experience in bankruptcy law and/or creditor-side collections accepted
• Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in Wisconsin
• Commitment to client service and team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Represents HOAs and condominium associations in recovery of delinquent assessments (e.g., HOA fees).
• Supports a growing collections team within a nationally recognized boutique firm.
