Swimming Pool & Janitorial Work

Full and Part time hourly position. Job requires manual labor, and lifting, so good physical strength and stamina is necessary. Individuals must be able to use equipment provided by their employer to complete pool and janitorial services. Some minimal landscape services as well. Time management skills are also necessary to complete a variety of tasks on multiple properties throughout the day. Prefer the individual to be CPO certified, but it is not required.

Valid Driver License and Clean Driver's Record Required.
This is Full Time 40 Hours a Week.
Weekends depending on Season / Some Holidays.
On Call Rotation.

Duties include the following but are not limited too.

· Sweep, blow, hallways, and stairwells, vacuum carpet
· Check for lights outages and replace light bulbs
· Wipe down handrails, windowsills, and fire extinguishers boxes
· Remove spider webs, bees, wasp nests from hallways, stairwells, railings
· Check dog stations. Remove/replace bottom bag and replenish top bags as needed
· Check dumpster stations and place any garbage/debris in dumpster if left out
· Dump ash buckets at grilling stations
· Empty trash cans Remove trash from stairs, garage, and storage areas
· Monthly inspection of emergency and exit lights
· Clean elevator floor and polish stainless steel doors
· Clean lobby glass
· Remove bulk items from property and take to dump
· Monitor pool and adjust chemicals as needed to ensure levels per SC DHEC regulations (Including Ph and total alkalinity and calcium levels)
· Check pool pumps daily, backwash as needed
· Ensure that pool signage is current per SC DHEC requirements
· Clean and empty skimmers & filter baskets
· Clean pool tiles
· Vacuum, sweep, and/or net pool to remove sand, leaves, and debris buildup
· Check safety equipment & telephone
· Maintain water level
· Arrange the pool furniture
· Sweep, blow, or wash the pool deck and furniture as needed
· Hose down shower area and pool deck as needed
· Empty garbage cans and cigarette containers daily, or as needed
· Clean/deodorize restrooms and replenish paper products and supplies daily, or as needed
· Cut Grass
· Pull Weeds
· Water plants/grass
· Prune bushes and trees

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 and up based on experience
