Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• EPA 608 Universal preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Hands‑on experience or coursework in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Drywall is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the common areas and amenities of the HOA community.
• Perform preventative maintenance: inspect systems, change filters, ensure safety compliance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure high-quality, timely work.
