HOA

House Attendant

to join our team and provide top-tier

assistance

to our luxury residential community.

As an

HOA House Attendant

youâ€ll

be the go-to support for residents,

assisting

with daily operations and ensuring a well-maintained, welcoming environment.

Every day is different, but y

ou will

mostly

  • Act as a runner for resident requests, food deliveries, and packages.
  • Coordinate vendor entry and

assist

with resident service needs.

  • Conduct building walkthroughs, liaising with Engineering and Housekeeping to

maintain

pristine conditions.

  • Perform light cleaning in

common areas

, including polishing surfaces and vacuuming.

  • Provide desk coverage when the HOA Concierge is on break.
  • Assist

residents with small tasks to enhance their living experience.

  • Deliver luxurious, proactive service with a helpful and professional attitude.
  • Ensure

common areas

are organized, stocked, and welcoming for residents.

  • Report any safety concerns, repairs, or resident issues to management.
  • Communicate with the Concierge team using a radio and/or other handheld device.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Concierge and management team.

Qualifications

What we need from you:

  • A service-minded professional with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication

and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous

experience in hospitality, luxury residential services, or property management is a plus.

  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends, if needed.Â

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $24.00/hour.Â
