Active Virginia or Maryland bar admissions and at least 1 year of litigation experience are required; D.C. bar is a plus. On-site in Falls Church, competitive compensation ($140k-$170k) and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Active Virginia or Maryland bar admission required.
• 1+ year of litigation experience required.
• D.C. bar admission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent community associations and common interest communities in litigation and general legal matters.
• Manage assigned matters from initial assessment through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop practical, effective litigation strategies.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on substantive and complex matters.
• Take increasing ownership of cases while developing courtroom and client-management skills.
• Help clients navigate disputes and legal issues with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
